– It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure their delivery and contact information are correct and complete before placing their order. AllureSkin is not responsible for delays in delivering orders should this information be incorrect or incomplete and need amending.
– AllureSkin is not responsible for delays in delivery caused by Covid-19. We use a range of third party couriers to deliver orders and these companies have their own delivery policies.
– AllureSkin has arranged for one extra delivery attempt to be made at our cost, should a second delivery fail it is up to the customer to pay for a third delivery attempt.
– AllureSkin is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit although we will do our best to provide support to our customers in these situations.
– AllureSkin is not responsible for any loss of income due to non-delivery.
